Coach Brown is entering his 7th year as a Longhorn assistant coach. Coach Brown graduated from H.M. Turner High School in Atlanta in 1988. Were he played football, basketball, baseball and ran track. Coach Brown has an associated degree from Atlanta area technical School. Coach Brown has also worked with the youth football team and assisted on the varsity basketball team for 4 years. 

Coach Brown has been married to Margo for 22 years and has four sons; Jason(23),Justin(22), Christopher(20), and Chandler(12). All sons have played with the Kell football program. Chandler is currently on the 7th grade Jr.football team and attends Palmer Middle School. He is also the varsity football team ball boy. 

Other than coaching, Coach Brown likes spending time with his family, watching sports and spending time with his 2 year old granddaughter Journee.
