Coach Norman is entering his fifth year at Kell, serving as the Assistant Head Coach and Running Backs Coach. Prior to Kell Coach Norman was at Sequoyah from 1991-1998, Milton from 1998- 2003 and Etowah from 2003-2006. Coach Norman has been Offensive Coordinator, Running Backs Coach and Special Teams Coordinator, among his many other coaching responsibilities.

He graduated from Sullivan East High School in Bristol, Tn and was a two year lettermen. He received his Bachelor Degree from East Tennessee State University and his Masters from Walden University.

He is married to Cecilia and they have three boys, Curtis (22), Kyle (16) and Eric (12).
