Coach Gordon is entering his ninth season at Kell. This will be his second season as the Assistant Head Coach and his fifth season serving as Offensive Coordinator. In 2015, the Longhorn Offense averaged 25 points per game during their run to a State Quarterfinal Appearance.
In 2013, Coach Gordon was awarded the Cobb County Touchdown Club Offensive Coach of the Year after the Longhorns 13-1 season and Final Four appearance.
Coach Gordon attended Etowah High School where he played football and baseball, graduating in 2003. He then went on to graduate from Kennesaw State University in 2007 with a B.S. in Psychology.
Coach Gordon and his wife Cara reside in Woodstock with their dog, Niko.
